On the left you see an adult spine and rib cage and to the right you see the smaller pediatric spine and ribs. Based on the positioning of the child’s rib cage, it looks like the parent pressed their child’s body against their chest in these final moments....

We, the undersigned (40+) members of the Yale Forum for Jewish Faculty and Friends, urge you to sign the statement from President Ari Berman of Yeshiva University and other prominent university presidents, "We Stand Together with Israel against Hamas". There is no moral justification for the depraved atrocities committed against innocent Israeli civilians by Hamas. To fail to differentiate Hamas from the Palestinians, as some on our campus would have us do, is to commit a second grave moral lapse.
